1. Petitioners are residents of Mother Teresa Ward No.12, Municipal Corporation, Area, Bilaspur. They have preferred this writ petition for a direction to the Municipal Corporation to widen and construct the C.C. road for which project has already been cleared and funds are available with the corporation.
2. Shri Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent corporation, on advance notice, would submit, on instructions, that the petitioners have preferred representation which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that the corporation shall objectively consider petitioners' representation and decide the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month from today. If the representation is decided in favour of the petitioners, the construction of the road would be carried out without delay preferably within a period of three months. If the representation is rejected, the petitioners would be at liberty to move again.
