(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the salary and back wages are not being given to the petitioner from 10.02.2009 to 31.10.2014 by the respondent authorities, for which he has made representation before respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent authorities are directed to consider and take a decision on the case of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
