Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No. 3 - Transport Commissioner, Raipur, by its order dated 16.05.2017 (Anneuxre - P/2), has already directed the Regional Transport Authority / Taxation Officer, Raipur to dispose of the petitioner's case but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Taxation Officer, Raipur is directed to consider and dispose of the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
