(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being paid salary on Collector rate (daily wager) whereas she is entitled for regular pay scale and, therefore, she may be permitted to prefer representation before the respondents No. 2 & 3 for redressal of her grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 for redressal of her grievances within 15 days from today, it is expected to be decided by respondents No. 2 & 3 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
