(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction in order dated 19.11.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.270 of 2015. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in para-1 of the order dated 19.11.2015, the authority, who has passed the impugned order dated 31.10.2014 is mentioned as District

Commandant, Home Guard, District Office, Rajnandgaon" whereas it is District Commandant Home Guard, District Office, Raipur and therefore, same may be corrected.

(3) In view of above, it is directed that in place of District Commandant, Home Guard, District Office, Rajnandgaon it be read as the District Commandant, Home Guard, District Office, Raipur in order dated 19.11.2015 passed in WP(S) No.270/2015. Other contents of order dated 19.11.2015 shall remain intact.

(4) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
