Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is tenant and she has filed the application before the District Magistrate, Raipur in a pending proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, which the learned District Magistrate has declined even to take the application on record for consideration.

Be that as it may, the District Magistrate, Raipur is directed to take the application on record and to consider the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the said application. It is for the District Magistrate to look into the said application on its own merits.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
