This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.5/2015, registered at Police Station-Sarangarh, Distt.Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC, Sections 3 (1) (12) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocity) Act and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offence, evidence available on record and the fact that five prosecution witnesses have already been

examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, second bail application stands disposed of.
