The petitioners through the present Writ Petitions have prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to set-aside the order of termination/discontinuance from the service of the petitioners. 2.

The counsel for the petitioners at this juncture makes a submission that, the petitioners may be permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.3 who in turn may be directed to consider the same sympathetically in accordance with the rules governing the field.

The said prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent No.3.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions stand disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.3. That on such representation been made, the respondent No.3 in turn shall consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days thereafter.
