2. This is the second bail application

3. The applicants have preferred the bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.255/2020, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Raipur, DistrictRaipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 22(c), 29, 25 & 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.

It is argued that since after rejection of the earlier bail application of the present applicants, co-accused namely; Abdul Ajim has been released on regular bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 12-5-2021 passed in MCrC No.1939 of 2021 and co-accused Gaurav Shukla has been released on bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 4-5-2021 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.2306 of 2021.

5. The earlier bail applications of the applicants were dismissed by a detailed order on merits. Material available against the present applicants is more serious and their involvement in the crime is on a different footing than the other accused persons who have been released on bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as the coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. In view of the above, no case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out.
