By means of this petition, the Petitioner wants certain facts to be corrected in the order dated 22.7.2016. In the said order, it is mentioned that the Petitioner was granted Rs.2500/- per month as maintenance, Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses and Rs.1500/- as travelling expenses for each day when she had to appear in the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that as per order of Learned Family Judge, Korba, Petitioner is entitled to Rs.150/- towards travelling expenses for two persons and Rs.125/- for diet expenses and Rs.500/- towards litigation expenses for each day when she had to appear in the Court.

On going through the order under challenge, I find that this averment is correct and therefore, the order dated 22.7.2016 is recalled. 4.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondent, returnable for 23.9.2016. 5.
