The main relief claimed by the Petitioner in this petition is that an Anganbadi Centre be set up at Village Aurapani, Block Kota, District Bilaspur. The stand of the State is that setting up of an Anganbadi Centre at Village Aurapani, Block Kota, District Bilaspur has already been recommended, but the same can only be set up after the grant of the Central Government.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
We hope and expect that the Central Government will deal with the matter as early as possible. In case, the Central Government does not take necessary action in the matter, the Petitioner, after impleading the Central Government, which is not a party in the
present petition, can again approach this Court for an appropriate direction in the matter.
