1. Heard

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the orders dated 14-082017 (transfer order) and 19-03-2018 (relieving order).

3. Vide order dated 14-08-2017, the petitioner has been transferred from Gaurela to Khodri Forest Division Marwahi, but the respondent authority did not relieve the petitioner for a period of 9 months on the ground that no body has been transferred in his place. But, all of a sudden, vide order dated 19-032018, the petitioner has been relieved to join at the transferred place.

4. The petitioner has been transferred long back on 14-08-2017 and he was continued at the present place till 19-03-2018 without contesting the impugned transfer order, but only when the relieving order was passed, he contested the matter with a prayer to continue at the present place of posting.

5. In view of foregoing, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order dated 14-08-2017 & relieving order dated 19-03-2018.

6. In the result, the petition is dismissed, though with liberty to file a representation before the Government.
