1. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's claim has partly been allowed by order dated 13-2-2017 and it has been held that the petitioner is entitled for GPF and FBF/GIS amount but she will not be entitled for pensionary benefits.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13-2-2017 by which claim of the petitioner has partly been rejected.

3. The prayer is just, fair and reasonable.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, one copy of the order dated 13-2-2017 be supplied to the petitioner which the State counsel undertakes. No order as to costs.
