The Branch Manager, the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., Branch Office, M.D.G.R. Road, Ambedkar Chowk, Ambikapur, District - Sarguja (C.G.) ---- Respondents -------------------------------------------------------------------------- For applicant :
Mr. Anil Gulathi, Advocate.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 25/01/2016 Heard on application for correction in the order dated 02.09.2015, passed in Misc. Appeal (C) No.154 of 2011.
1.
Perused the order dated 02.09.2015, passed in M.A.(C) No.154/2011. Perusal of the order shows that the amount awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal i.e. Rs.54,800/- was enhanced to Rs.1,92,800/- and the amount of Rs.54,800/-, was directed to be deducted, wherein the enhanced amount is written as Rs.1,20,000/-. However, while deducting
the amount of Rs.54,800/- awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal from the total compensation i.e. Rs.1,92,800 - 54,800, total enhanced amount comes to Rs.1,38,000/-.
2.
Taking into such fact, it is directed that in para -15 & 16, the amount of Rs.1,20,000/- be read as Rs.1,38,000/- as it apparently appears that there is a calculation mistake apparently committed. 3.
With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE Balram
