Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 19/01/2016 Counsel for the applicant submits that present M.C.C. arises out of the order dated 24.11.2015 passed in W.P.C. No. 1125/2015 whereby by mistake counsel had withdrawn the said writ petition. He submits that in fact W.P.(C) No. 517/2015 which is listed today at Sl. No. 17 was to be withdrawn but inadvertently the other petition was withdrawn. He submits that if WPC No.1125/2015 is not restored the petitioner will suffer an irreparable loss. Shri Verma submits that inadvertently the submission was made that the petition has become infructuous whereas the petition still survives. Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if W.P.(C) No. 1125/2015 is restored by recalling the order dated 24.11.2015.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the order dated 24.11.2015 passed by this Court is recalled and W.P.(C) No. 1125/2015 is restored to its original number. Sd/- Pritinker Diwaker Judge suguna
