These are the two applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.85/2021 registered at Police Station Sitapur, District Surguja (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. Permission granted.
