(1) Instant writ petition was filed for investigation and prosecution of the accused persons for the offence punishable under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Counsel for the State submits that offence under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused persons i.e. Smt. Shanti Devi, Manoj Soni & Mahendra Soni and the charge sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional criminal court and, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
