Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent authorities, but no compensation has been paid in this regard for which he has moved an application for demarcation, but till now, no decision has been taken and therefore direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider

and decide the petitioner's application for demarcation expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
