This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. First application was dismissed with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. Now, the second application has been filed by submitting that one co-accused C.P. Singhroul has earlier been granted regular bail on 22.07.2015 which was not brought to the notice of the Court. It was open for the applicant to bring to the notice of the Court, orders passed in other cases however, statement was made before this Court on 04.09.2015 that other co-accused have been granted regular bail and thereafter, the application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The bail application is rejected.
