(2) The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the Commissioner in appellate proceedings, which originates from exercise of powers for correction of record under the provisions of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959.
(3) The impugned order is revisable under Section 50 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959.
(4) Learned State Counsel would submit that he is ready and willing to prefer a Revision Application before the Board of Revenue. (5) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a duly constituted Revision Application before the Board of Revenue within 30 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the Board of Revenue in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
