2. This is the third application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.107/2020 registered at Police Station Gudiyari, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the IPC.

3. The first bail applications preferred by the applicants were dismissed on merits on 31.8.2020. The second bail application was dismissed on 3.11.2020.

4. The third bail application was admitted for hearing because the applicants were married ladies aged about 53 and 31 years respectively and are in jail since last more than one year. The applicants have tried to commit murder of injured Sulochana by tying scarf (chunni) around her neck.

5. Considering the deposition of the injured particularly para 19 thereof, wherein, she says that she has not sustained any injury in the incident and for the fact that these two ladies (applicants) are in jail for last more than one year, I am inclined to release them on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
