Heard on application for restoration of CRMP 493 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 31.01.2018. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 31.01.2018 passed in CRMP 493 of 2016 is recalled. Consequently, CRMP 493 of 2016 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the CRMP stands disposed of.
