1. This contempt petition has been filed by the applicant herein alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Contempt Case (C) No. 236/2017.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that order passed by this Court has already been complied with. He submits that the representation filed by the petitioner has been decided by order dated 30.06.2017.

3. In view of above, the contempt petition is closed at present. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.06.2017, he is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
