1. Petitioner has preferred an application under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, for obtaining information from Gram Panchayat, Rampur, Tahsil Kartala, Distirct Korba. When the information has not been provided within 30 days, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, Janpad Panchayat, Kartala, however, the appeal has not yet been decided.

2. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that if the petitioner's appeal has not yet been
