This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.90 of 2017, registered at Police Station-Kota, District-Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20(B)(iiC) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985. 3.

This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits.
