Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the mistake in mark-sheet about the date of birth was brought to the notice of respondent No.3 on 20-11-2013 after declaration of result, the Board/ respondent No.2 has rejected the application on the ground that the same has been filed after lapse of 3 years from the date of declaration of result. He submits that the petitioner's case may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the Board would submit that petitioner's case will be verified.

Be that as it may, the respondent Board is directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, as the result was declared in the year 2011 and the Principal of School has requested for correction on 20-11-2013, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
