The plea in this writ petition is that the Insurance Medical Officer in the Employee State Insurance Services Dispensary in the Labour Department in the Government of Chhattisgarh are also to be treated as an in-service candidate for the purpose of bonus or incentive marks as per the Chhattisgarh Chikitsa Snatakottar Pravesh Niyam, 2018. 2.

Similar challenge levied last year was dismissed by this Court vide the judgment dated 27.03.2017 in Writ Petition (C) No. 363 of 2017. We find no reason to take a different view. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
