Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Commissioner (Revenue), Division Durg. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

Needless to say that if the appeal is preferred within a period of 15 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall dispose
of the same within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the appeal.
