consideration for last three years and as the same is not being considered and decided by the respondent authorities and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents authorities to decide the same expeditiously.
(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 i.e. Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur Kabirdham is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending departmental enquiry as initiated against the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
