Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as two other coaccused have been granted regular bail and further that there was delay in lodging FIR and it is case of false implication and improbability repeat application has been filed. This Court after having perused the material on record, case diary and the submission, had considered the earlier bail application on merits and rejected. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
