1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been

MCRC No. 3383 of 2020 & MCRC No. 3938 of 2020 arrested in connection with Crime No.157 of 2020, registered at Police Station Bodhghat, District Bastar, for the offence punishable under Section 21 of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
