1. The contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 18.04.2018 passed in WPS No. 3129/2018.

2. The respondents have since entered appearance and have filed detailed reply. Along with the reply they have also filed a document Annexure R-5 dated 05.11.2019 whereby the respondents have decided the claim of the petitioner holding it that it could not be considered on account of certain information still not presented before the authorities concerned and same shall be considered after these documents are fully produced before the authorities concerned.

3. Given the fact that respondents have taken a decision on 05.11.2019 that for want of certain documents the services of the petitioner could not be confirmed and that subject to these documents being made available, the respondents shall be passing appropriate orders.

4. Given the fact that respondent have now passed an order, this Court is of the opinion that order dated 18.04.2018 passed in WPS 3129/2018 stands complied with.

5. Reserving the right of the petitioner to make available these documents to the concerned authorities and authorities concerned thereafter considering these documents for confirming the services of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
