Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that he may allowed to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Rule 24 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 within a period of three weeks from today. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within three weeks from today. However, the petitioner is free to make an application for early hearing of the appeal.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed off.
