This contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India for non-compliance of the interim order dated 23.06.2017 passed by this Court in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 60/2017.

At the outset, efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner as per the provisions prescribed under Order 39 Rule 2A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere this petition.

The petition is, accordingly dismissed at motion stage hearing itself. No order as to costs.
