The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.165/2020 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, Distt. Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. The first bail application was dismissed as the applicant was having previous antecedents of committing offence under the NDPS Act. The previous offence is pending trial.

4. In view of the above, no case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out.
