The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.01/2020 registered in Police Station Kharora, District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 302, 382, 120B & 34 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant

MCRC No. 3395 of 2020 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move again after examination of material witnesses.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
