Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 13-71. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to set aside the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 14-8-2017 or she may be allowed to join her service at Health Centre, Dharsiva, Distt. Raipur.
2. Petitioner is an ANM and posted at Sub Health Centre, Kanesara, Block Chhura, Distt. Gariyaband.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file a fresh representation before respondent No. 1 and the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent
No. 1 to decide such representation if filed within stipulated time.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may file a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today before the respondent No. 1 and if such representation is filed, the respondent No. 1 shall decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
