Challenge through the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 14.7.2014 (Annexure P-2) whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Putka, Block Saraipali to Sub Health Centre, Sirri, Block Bagbahra.

The Petitioner has also acted upon the order dated 14.7.2014 and resumed her duties at Sirri, Block Bagbahra. However, vide order dated 15.7.2014 (Annexure P-1), the said order dated 14.7.2014 has been cancelled. It is this order dated 15.7.2015 which is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

The Petitioner has in her favour an interim order dated 15.10.2014 passed by this Court by virtue of which the Petitioner continues to discharge her duties at Sirri, Bagbahra.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the State submits that she has instructions that the State shall not act upon the impugned order so far as the Petitioner's case is concerned, and prays for the liberty to pass a fresh order in case if need so arises. 5.

On the submission of the learned Counsel for the State, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the matter. 6.
