I.A. No.1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 11 days in preferring Writ Appeal No.650 of 2015 and I.A. No.1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 20 days in preferring Writ Appeal No.656 of 2015. Considering the duration of delay, both the interlocutory applications are allowed and delay in preferring these appeals is condoned.

The present appeals arise from a common order dated 5.10.2015 in Writ Petition (L) No.114 of 2015 and analogous cases. 3.
The Learned Single Judge set aside the direction of the Labour Court for reinstatement without back wages holding that the Appellants having worked for one or two years only compensation of Rupees One Lakh would suffice in the circumstances.

Learned Counsel for the State invites our attention to the fact that the matter has already been decided by us in Writ Appeal No.645 of 2015 and Writ Appeal No.646 of 2015 arising from separate Writ Petitions allowed on similar grounds.

With consent of the parties, the appeals are therefore dismissed for like reasons as discussed in Writ Appeal No.645 of 2015 and Writ Appeal No.646 of 2015 dated 14.12.2015.
