(1) Counsel for the Respondents submits that dispute involved in this case can be raised before the Sub Staff Committee under Rule 61 of Karmachari Sewa (Niyojan, Nibandhan Tatha Unki Karyastithi) Niyam, 1993.

(2) In view of above, Shri R.K.Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to file appeal before the appellate authority i.e. Sub

Staff Committee and same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the appellate authority within 15 days from today, it is expected from the authority concerned to consider & decide the appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of production of appeal after hearing both the parties.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
