1. Aggrieved by the order Annexure P/1 dated 12.05.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the impugned order, place of posting of the petitioner has been shifted from the post of In-charge Ranger Dantewada Range to the post of In-charge Depot Officer at Depot Dantwada. The petitioner is aggrieved of the action in bringing the respondent No. 5 as an Incharge Ranger on the ground that the petitioner being senior to the respondent No. 5, the respondent No. 5 should not have been brought at the said place.

-23. Counsel for the petitioner referred to the circular of the State Government dealing with granting of charge upon a Higher Post falling vacant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now he may be permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 and the respondents No. 2 & 3 inturn may consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and may also consider retaining the petitioner as an In-charge Ranger of the Dantewada Range.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with rules, regulations and circulars governing the field at the earliest.
