Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that earlier similar writ appeal was decided by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No.98/2018 on 19.02.2018. However, thereafter by order dated 02.5.2018 passed in Writ Appeal No.212/2018 different order has been passed by same Coordinate Bench. Therefore,

he would pray for disposal of this writ appeal in terms of order passed in Writ Appeal No.212/2018 (Jeevan Nishad vs. The State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.).

Having perused the documents, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present appeal in terms of order passed in Writ Appeal No.212/2018 (Jeevan Nishad vs. The State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.).

It is ordered accordingly.
