As both these applications filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. arise out of the same Crime No.184/2019 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.
5. Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court.
6. Accordingly, both the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
