Vide order dated 11.12.2015 this Court in W.P. (S) No.4783 of 2015 (Chandra Pal Singh Thakur v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) observed as under:-

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail

appropriate remedy available under the law.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
