Both these bail applications are decided by this common order as they are arising out of the same crime number. 2.

The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 87/2015 registered in Police Station Khadgava, District Korea (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 302, 201, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case one Ravi Kumar was murdered on the suspicion that he has some illicit relation with the family member of Tumeshwar Gond. He was murdered on 19/04/2015 by throttling and

causing injury to his head and thereafter dead body was buried in the jungle. Subsequently, on investigation it was found that Tumeshwar has caused murder of Ravi Kumar whereas applicants Tuleshwar Singh and Rajkishun has caused disappearance of the evidence. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that allegation of murder are mainly against Tumeshwar and not against these applicants and allegation against these applicants are that they have made disappearance of the evidence, therefore applicants may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 6.

Taking into fact that main allegation of murder are against Tumeshwar and allegation of making disappearance of the evidence are against these applicants, charge sheet having been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, both the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
