Agrawal Order On Board 24/01/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of suspension, the petitioner has made representation for arrears of salary during suspension period, which has not been considered and decided till now by the District Education Officer, Raigarh and, therefore, the respondent No. 2-District Education Officer, Raigarh may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2/District Education Officer, Raigarh is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for arrears of salary during his suspension period in

accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
