Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/12/2015 This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. This Court had rejected first anticipatory bail application of the applicant on 02.09.2015 on merits.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the bail application of the present applicant was rejected, some of the accused of the case have been granted anticipatory bail. He submits that many important events particularly, the fact that earlier when a criminal case was registered, writ petition was filed and interim orders were passed, not brought to the notice of this Court. Therefore, looking to the facts and events, repeat anticipatory bail application has been moved. This Court after perusing the case diary, material on record and the role alleged to be played by the applicant, had considered and rejected the bail application. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the applicant.
