Order On Board 19/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that appeal preferred by the petitioner is not being decided by the appellate authority since 11.09.2017 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Counsel for the State would submit that the appeal is fixed for final hearing on 27th April, 2018 and it will be head and decided expeditiously. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the appellate authority is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
