1. The grievance of the petitioner is in-respect-of the land situated at Khasra No. 38/04 and 38/03 at village: Limha. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the respondents for the purpose of construction of Bilaspur-Katghora National Highway are initiating proceedings for acquiring the land of the petitioner, however, till date no compensation has been paid to the petitioner.
2. At this juncture, the learned State counsel submits that it is only a preliminary notification, which has been issued and the final notification is yet to be passed and the petitioner should not have any apprehension; so far as the provisions of law not being complied with.
-2Since the petitioner in this regard has already approached the Respondent No. 2 by making a detailed representation. This Court at this juncture, disposes off the writ petition directing the Respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision in-respect-of the petitioner's land in-accordance-with law.
