(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh application for issuance of permanent caste certificate before respondent No.4-Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri, District Jashpur and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously, in view of the urgency.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to file fresh application for issuance of permanent caste certificate before respondent No.4-Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri, District Jashpur and in turn, respondent No.4 is directed to do well and to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
